When will my order begin processing?
For orders made from Monday to Friday, we will ship your item within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched within 48 hours. If you have any special requests or requirements, please let us know (you can leave a note while adding items to your cart).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Express shipping usually takes 2-3 business days after your order is placed and shipped. For standard shipping to the US, as well as international shipping to Canada, the EU, and the UK, most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days post-shipment. For international orders to other regions, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after shipment.
We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, incorrect addresses, weather-related issues, or customs delays. In such cases, Giftmehoney will do its best to inform customers of any delays and, if possible, arrange for a new delivery date. What are the shipping costs?
We currently offer FREE shipping to most countries. Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery postcode, order weight, and whether you are a retail or wholesale customer. You may qualify for FREE SHIPPING as follows:

- UK – Free shipping Order over $99
- EU – Free shipping Order over $99
- Canada – Free shipping
- Rest of the world – A standard fee of $19.99 applies; additional charges may be communicated via email based on the total number of items and order weight. International shipping fees range from $19.99 to $49.99.
Free shipping applies only to products in stock at local warehouses. For out-of-stock or unavailable items, we recommend an exchange or cancellation.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and you can view them at any time on your “my cart” page after entering your shipping information. For orders from other regions, we will calculate the actual shipping cost and notify you via email.
Are customs duties covered by the seller?
We cover customs duties for orders from the US, Canada, the UK, and EU countries. Customers are responsible for customs duties on orders from other regions.
