Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in specific situations, including:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or video games
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at info@giftmehoney.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.
Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total.
For items over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
