How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

After placing your order, processing typically takes 2-5 business days. For personalized items or those requiring engraving, processing may extend to 5-10 business days during peak shopping seasons. This processing time includes production, quality checks, packing, and preparing your order for shipment. Once processing is complete, you will receive tracking information via email. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Express shipping usually takes 2-3 business days after your order is placed and shipped. For standard shipping to the UK, EU, US and Canada, most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days post-shipment. For international orders to other regions, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after shipment.

Note: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately for efficiency, but there will be no additional charge beyond standard multi-item shipping rates. Items may arrive in different packages and possibly on different days. Delivery times are also noted on the product page. It is normal for orders to arrive separately.

In rare cases, we may need to contact you via email to confirm order quantities or investigate potential credit card fraud before production begins, which could add 1-3 business days to your delivery time, depending on your response.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Rest of the world – A standard fee of $19.99 applies; additional charges may be communicated via email based on the total number of items and order weight. International shipping fees range from $19.99 to $49.99.

Do you deliver products internationally?

GIFTMEHONEY ships many items worldwide every day, and we have satisfied customers all around the globe! Occasionally, we may need to cancel an order if shipping to certain areas is prohibitively expensive, but we strive to make our products accessible to everyone.

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon completing your order, you will receive a unique Order ID via email. You can use this ID to check your order status and tracking number. Additionally, you can track your delivery at GIFTMEHONEY Tracking by entering your Order ID there.

After your order is placed, it is sent to one of our fulfillment centers, where items are shipped within 2-3 days. Please note that due to high demand for certain products, shipping times may sometimes exceed these estimates.

I’ve placed an order with multiple items recently. Can I combine them into one package?

Since our products are stored in various warehouses, items ordered together are often shipped separately. This means you may receive some items before others. There’s no need to worry if everything doesn’t arrive at once; rest assured, all items will reach you.

I entered the wrong shipping address or selected the wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If you realize this mistake, please email us immediately, and we might be able to assist you. However, we can’t guarantee changes since most orders are processed right after you place them and shipped within a few days. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we may not be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway; we care about your experience and will do our best to help.

Why haven’t I received any order confirmation details?

This usually occurs when customers accidentally enter incorrect email addresses. An order confirmation will be sent to the email you provided. If you suspect your email was entered incorrectly, please contact us so we can verify and correct it.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. We will check the status of your order and attempt to make the change if it hasn’t been shipped yet. However, we cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time. If your item has already shipped, you will need to pay for the item to be sent to the correct address.

It’s been over 30 days, and I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate immediately. Possible reasons for delays include:

  • An incorrect shipping address provided at the time of order.
  • Customs issues causing delays.

Can I get a refund for an item delivered to my mailbox or if it was stolen?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen after delivery (e.g., after being placed in a mailbox). We ensure that items are delivered according to the information provided by the shipping company.

How does GIFTMEHONEY handle returns?

Each item is made-to-order for customers, so we cannot accept general returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders (wrong quantity, design, or variant)
  • Exchanges for different designs, products, or sizes
  • Items not meeting expectations
  • Unwanted items

Our return policy applies only to damaged items or those with manufacturing defects. We do not issue refunds or exchanges once a product has been successfully delivered in normal condition. If there is a defect or damage during transit, we will typically replace your order. This process takes 3-5 business days, as we need to verify any defects before shipping.

How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, commonly used for secure online transactions. Your credit card information is only used to complete your transaction and is not stored afterward.
